A big thanks to Martin for getting the ball rolling on this and organizing things.

Also a big thanks to Jase UTBN for the offer of chasing some ground out Bulong way, thanks Jase but it seems it's "Niagara Falls" this year

ok it has been decided that this year's muster will be bigger and better than last year as many could not or just did not attend, although a great trip for the few, a big letdown for all that organised things.
so this year management are going to ask for a registration fee to secure your position. only one application needed one or 2 people $25 per application it provides security and funds to improve the muster and forum. there will be prized awarded for smallest nugget or ugliest nugget of the day and other info available and night events etc as come to mind or as suggested .
details coming soon and all that has said they will come and may of now changed their mind that is fine i will start a new list. I will require some details like vehicle rego's and miners rights numbers, liability wavier form payment confirmation etc for all members coming. any concerns PM me

How come my post which was originally the 3rd post on the first page is now at the top of the 2nd page also, and the first 2 posts on page 1 are gone     Mods ??

not sure on that one Pete, i for one haven't edited anyone's post, keeping the first post on the top of each page keeps the topic on track but isnt suppose to delete posts... Cliff????? any ideas.

The major problem with this place is that its a very popular camping place so if its pretty full be prepared for plan B.

There might also b too many hangers on there.

that's why a list of attendees is required.  yes it is a popular place to camp and that may be a problem but there's plenty of ground up there and you don't have to camp right on the dam.

plan B will be camping close by I guess, looking on G/E and from memory there is plenty of ground at the dam, maybe not next to the toilet so be prepared. prefer my own anyway.


I will create a list of those payed and submitted details, please pm me the details mentioned above so i can complete the list, no need for a liability statement as a public place.

We got stuffed around last year by people not showing up and only cancelling a couple of weeks befor. Thus a few people missed out.

There will be plenty of raffles and prizes and a door prize thanks to PILBARA PROSPECTING KARRATHA.

Yous thought of camping at Malcolm dam near Leo as a plan B ?? its only a few K's up the track past Tampa and your there.

the cost Pip is $25 per application max 2 per application. payment to the above account. all funds go towards the muster in providing prizes etc. A big thanks to RAY at PILBARRA PROSPECTING SUPPLIES for his efforts and donations towards this muster and Cliff for all your efforts in keeping this forum alive and prospering.

Malcolm dam looks good as a alternative, hope there is more water in it than on G/E ATM,   hopefully we wont need it. we were at Niagra dam just after the muster last year and there was only around 5 or so camps set up.  
FYI the leaseholder at Niagra is Nex Metals Explorations, one of our members knows the caretaker and says we should not have any issue's with 40E's probably best to submit applications around mid July.

Bignuggs, haven't sent ya my details yet, keep forgetting as I don't keep my miners right number handy, but will sort it when I get home from work.
Got my new tector two weeks ago after procrastinating over a GPX4800 deal I got a second hand 5000 with 18 mths left on the warranty all transferred into my name now, two minelab coils, one DD and one Mono plus a brand new Sadie and a 17x11 elliptical Mono with a few extras for just under 6 grand. My next option was a deal from Pilbara Prospecting Supplies, but a last minute effort before hand got what I wanted, stoked !!. Cant wait till next week and im on it, Active 40e in place, new tyres on the ute, serviced last R&R, new GPS. and itchy feet. And just to give yaz the heads up. mate found a 10 oz +chunk last month in our muster area. its still out there folks !!. will post pic on another thread maybe.
