Started me trip again

Bloody hell, I put up a post and it disappeared on me when I hit send. Anyway I've started late this year after caretaking on a crap lease for a month. I got out for 6 days and got an ounce. Biggest bit which is a speci, has about 15 grams of gold. I took a bit of a video with that one.
Whilst out bush I met the fella who hit the mega patch outta kal. I said I heard it was 1000ozs. His response was 'alot more then that mate'.
His biggest bit came in at 140 ozs and is in the museum in kal at the moment. I asked if he need a hand out there but he said he was ok for the time being haha. Goodluck to everyone out there this year.

nice specie Jase, and a good start to your trip. have a good look around there, could be on to something, that is an impressive find. the fellow who hit that patch, not my best mate was it ?   you know the one who said anytime I hit a 1000 oz patch send in Martin to help??? no??? bummer....   
I should be hitting the road mid next week sometime for around a week all going to plan, if ya want a drinking buddy let me know.

Haha g'day Martin, I'm bout to head off for a few weeks to the same area but there's a chance I'll get back earlier. If so I'll contact you to see where you're at and go from there.

Hey guys I'm back in kal. Leaseholder reckoned a bit of rain on the way and due to the ground I'm in being very low lying was suggested I get out until all ok. Bit of a shame as today I got 15 grams and know there's still a bit to go. It surprised leaseholder as he thought the ground was flogged. I reckon he pushed in wrong spot.
The biggest bit was an 8 grammer. The ground is very deep with thick scrub about and a prick to detect in. Took a couple vids so here's one.



Geez I look forward to going back and also was promised some good ground to detect in by lease holder.

with some of your rum in him Bluedog, Jase wouldnt know if it was raining or snowing or if he was flooded out and sitting underwater,     you loose all ya senses after a night on the rocket fuel,    good drop that one.

I've now got a camera mounted on detector shaft so hopefully it gets some better video. Just waiting for the ok for track conditions and I'm offski.
