I too think it is a great idea. I live in NSW but have had a recent talk to the head office of the DPI who tryed to tell me sluicing was illigal in NSW allthogh he could not tell me why (seems i knew the rules a little better than he did) , but after hearing this and about TAS iam worried NSW may not be too far off with sluicing being added to list of nono's
