Gold Leases for sale

Noticed on Gumtree that there are a few gold leases for sale in different parts of WA.

If u get excited then do your due diligence as the asking price is quiet high considering there are no guarantees.

That first one appears to be Mt Sandy or sometimes known as Jean Well, south of Cue. If it is that, then it's been well pushed and thrashed by "Mark" for many years - and a fair few poachers as well. I've had some decent bits to the west of this lot, along the lake edge many years ago. I'd be giving that one a miss or a carton beer and take chance on it. I don't know the other one. But as we all know it pays to ask yourself why it's for sale.
