Lots of gold

They are gold , In color.

Here is my hunt from this morning here in Adelaide.

Just thought some might like to see find besides Gold.

NSC ( a mate) and myself went out for a hunt hoping to get a few $'s.
We hit 1 of our parks we do every now and then.

Weather was good and no rain . We share our modern $ finds so even though I ended with $114.99 NSC gave me $12.00 to even us out . That put me on about $85 so I hung around an hour after NSC called it a day just to get my own ton.
Scores a penny, a half penny, some foreign coin and a 925 big spining mens ring to top of the morning.

Hey MMAX do ya know the secret tunnel for getting into the adelaide show grounds ???? goes under Goodwood rd
Used to go in there when i was a young lad and play on the rides at night,
i bet there would be some excellent coin shooting
on the ovals in there at night

I should have looked at this sooner. I collect coins. There were a lot of aussie dollar coins minted that were never put into circulation.
If you still have that lot and you find something that looks different, let me know. Pic of the coin would also be appreciated.

Cliff, I am not sure if you were talking to me but If so I really dont understand what you are saying.
In the past 12 months I have found over $6000 worth of 1 and 2 $ coins.

These pictured were from Sundays hunt.

They have now been put in the rock tumbler and then put aside waiting to be banked, saving up for the new machine tomorrow

I'll find the website that shows the dollar coins that were never put into public circulation and send it to you. They are real dollar coins but were for collectors only.
I've found a few in my change over the last few years.
Example: a set was minted to celebrate the centenary of Australia's armed forces, army, navy and airforce. sold as a set, not single. I got the army coin in some change.
to buy a set of 3 costs more than $3, stunned me when I saw the asking price.
