Just went to the APLA site to see the cost to join
A big note on the Joining section
MAY TAKE SEVERAL MONTHS TO PROCESS
Sorry but that is a Joke
If I run my business that way I would not have any clients
Can any one shed any light as to why this is the case

Ok Just got off the phone to Bill O'Connor the Perth APLA Delegate & Jim Andrusiak the treasurer.
Got some great info and help from them both, thanks guys...
I am informed that it is best to join the Perth Branch of APLA for the quickest membership clearance
time, So for any members wanting to join APLA simply download the application for membership form
from the link below and mail it direct to Jim Andrusiak below.

Because we are coming over to WA this winter sent the application and cheque off to APLA, address given by Pete, end of Nov. last year.
With snail mail over and back, we had the membership cards by second week Jan. Cant complain about that.
Even if that is a one off visit (hope not) will keep the membership going, they pull do their weight for the ordinary bloke.
