State law means —
(a) any law in force in the State, whether written or
unwritten

So i take that as "hey i'll make a new law right now to f##k over this present problem to my advantage".

Unwritten Laws, don't ya just love them. If you get charged with one, try fighting it and see how far ya get.

So whilst sitting on the bog, does that include the new law being made up for tomorrows legislation, written on the scrap of paper about to wipe his butt with?

Watching politics - and I really try not to, but the media are like sharks at a feeding frenzy at the moment, well always really.
