Heading off again

Hi All

I'm getting ready to head off again next week for 4 days in Cue

I have never had a beep around Cue so i'm looking forward to it

Going to catch up with Flying Kiwi and see his loader and dry blower in action:scratch:

I have never seen a set up like that working

Taking my Gold Magnet Jack and will be staying in the Van park this time but word is that it is full ( lucky I Booked )

I have a few areas to look at and may leave a day early to hit a old area I have found some good gold and see what we have left with the SDC 2300

Anyway is anyone else going to be up there look me up or PM me as I'm always keen to catch up

Just about ready for the trip this weekend

I will pack the Beer and food tonight in the fridge

Hanging out to give my new Pimped 4500 out

I have twin speakers and a BZ booster coupled with the Coiltek Camo Elite so hoping to get some deep signals

I will try and get some video and pick of the areas we are working

I will be catching up with Tom ( flying Kiwi ) for a day or two

Well I'm Back safe

Man it was cold in the mornings

Had a great trip helping Flying Kiwi work some ground

I was taken back on how small a bit you can ping with a 14" coil

I was running my 4500 with a BZ Booster and the Coiltek Elite
We were getting bits .2g at 4-5 inches and some bigger bits at 1 1/2 foot and we were thinking the gold was in the top 2 inches
I dug some big holes for small and large gold and had to pull the cold chisel for the cap rock

IMO if you are running a older detector the Elite coil is a must it is a big jump up from any other coil I have used and you don't need to run the detector flat out
I was running on FP all the time I was up there and didn't see any reason to change any setting

so the pimped out 45 goes well hey LOL, and great to see the elite coil is doing it's thing.

.2g @ 4-5 inch and depth up to 18 inch linked up to a 4500

$10700 for a zed it must make a few wonder.

did young Jack end up going with you? if so how'd he go with the 2300?

Jack got 10 bits for about 2 g so he was happy with that

With the Elite coil the deep signals would not get louder until you had 2" off the top so you had to make sure you moved some dirt on the signals

I'm really happy I spent the $450 on the coil it is a bit advantage on the older machine

Unfortunately we didn't have a 7000 with us to test the targets or the deep ground with one

Sounds like you had a good trip. I'm still tossing up whether to go with the Elite or the new NF 17x13???? Your results sound impressive but.
