Next Seasons Detectin Trip

Well since summer has come and its to bloody hot to go swinging on a large scale--quickies r the way to go for those fortunate enough to get out at 4am and most r back home by 11am I thought id get yah heart muscles goin and now is a good time to get onto tengraph to check out areas of potential and also to look up names or companies to get prior approval to go detecting.

If u need to negotiate with mining and resource companies then 10% royalty is the norm but make sure its tied to the refined price of gold..if anyone wants more info then PM me.

Remember that u don't need permission on Pending E's but it nice to touch base with the lease holders of the land whether its traditional or pastoral holders and tell them of your intensions. any thing else and u need preferably written permission. Anything else and its as good as the paper its written on..save yahself a lot of grief.

Emails are the way to go coz u can easily print the email of consent and carry it with u.

so start doin yah homework and don't forget to invite me along.

and finally joined APLA so that will also hold me in good stead with any prospective mining and resource company as the indemnity covers the companies

the legalities is a signed document that is provided by APLA WHICH IS HANDED TO THE MINING/RESOURCE COMPANIES.--maybe some long term APLA members know exactly how it works.
