nephew in victoria

hi all,
'I have a Nephew who lives in Melbourne and has just started out gold prospecting. he has done a few trips to the golden triangle sluicing and is keen to swing a detector but has no idea where to go or what to do.
If there anyone here who wouldn't mind taking him out for a quick weekend trip to show him the ropes and setting for a hire 5k I would really appreciate it. I will get him to join this forum for advice and info.

i have recommended a couple of the forums that concentrate on the east already Ray, he is very inexperienced and just asked his uncle for assistance.
