Just got back tonight and like to advise that the Paynes Find / Sandstone road has been graded and in excellent condition. We were able to sit comfit ably on 100km.Have heard previously that it can be a rough trip but not to be at the moment.

Cheers

Is the old shearing shed still there?
We were there about 5 years ago on route to Pincher Hill and it looks like nothing much has changed?
Probably a few more dead kangaroos inside the old home stead?
Below is a photo taken.

Gday All
Just back to the first post here, Paynes Find had over a hundred millimetres this week, so it'd pay to check with the Shires if you're heading up that way.
cheers

G'day albo, yeah mate grinding an area is the only way to go. I honestly can't stand chaining but to get the gold you gotta do it. I've chained at times up to 3 weeks of long days to complete areas. You end up talking to yourself after a while
