Fill up the old diesel and Petrol Jerry cans as Petrol is going up 20cents a litres on top of what it is now

The fuel stations are now putting it up a min of 20cents a litre from last weeks prices.......all due to the low aussie dollar which is now another added cost for miners in the west. An everyone else as well.

I have friends in Orlando USA and unleaded is a bit over $3.00 a US gallon, I think that makes it about 70 plus cents a litre, we surely are getting ripped off Albany WA cheapest diesel is $1.54

$1.99 Bloody Hell its cheaper in Japan Diesel here can still be bought West side of Japan for Y115.00 Regular around Kyoto about Y150.00. diesel in Kyoto Y122.00

Alternative Transport is what ya need or make your Own Bio Diesel I Reckon that is the Answer.

Seems we even pay more for diesel than new zealand now.

slightly different system over there, to run a diesel vehicle you need to buy road user tax which is paid for by the km for your car around 5c km from memory, if you add that onto your running costs it makes it a bit dearer still, a bit fairer though as here if you have a diesel boat you are paying road tax to use it.

petrol was $2.20l NZ last time i looked
