old photos to computer

So whats the best way to get photos out of my old hard cover albums to computer--scan maybe--??
or may be take a photo of the old photo..

hopefully its not to hard..should have a few interesting ones inthere to share--maybe a bit old but good for the road..

The best way to get all your photos to your computer is hand a HUGE stack to the missus and say, "scan these for us luv", failing that, mate, your gunna have to do it yourself.
If you have the neg's, it's sometimes easier to scan those, but don't chuck them, I did and lost a HEAP of pic's. Still breaks my heart.

These things copy to flash drive...makes it pretty simple to get them from your al-bum to Hard drive.

Depending on your printer/scanner, you can scan old photo's to their original size. It will be in the scanner options.

just brought a new laser color printer so will test out the operation..sorry--when the mrs comes back from her ordeal in Perth..
