Second time out

Hello Mates

Going detecting for the second time. Our first trip to Paynes find was a blank.

I am taking my 14 year old and My mate is taking his lad. We are being advised to try Lake Cowan?

Any other ideas or this an OK venture. I so want the boys to love the adventure and break the computer addiction.

don't know about lake Cowan buddy but most salt lakes can hold gold in or around them given they are within mineral fields so always worth a look. one thing I have learned in this game is that gold IS where you find it and the best gold I have seen came from the worst looking ground so never be afraid to swing on it. the secret is coverage and time.
