pulled in to the visitors centre for a quick snap of the landscape--for those of u who havent been here for 20 years --look out.

We even hit the big time with 2 tower cranes on one job..

and out the back of the cemetry where they lay u to rest--well theres activity next to that with a new suburb goin in..

still in Bayton West and a new set of appartments goin in as well

yep we have a few sets of trafic lights and even our roundabouts have some sort of steel structure trying to appease them with there own sort of beautification...

March on Karratha --I dont know were its really heading but time will tell--and yes u will be swinging within about 10ks of town..I think even this structure has lost its way--glad I know my way home--heaven help the rest of u.. lol!

geeze Cliff thats back in the days of Bellways at the Island..I remember doin that in 773's then 777's with 2 x 992 loaders filling us up with 4 buckets..
never again.

Ray, what have they called the suburb next to the cemetary? Boot Hill? lwkgh

I knew a couple back in the mi-80's who came to Qld from K-town. He had a chemist shop there.
Noel and Joy ???. Both Kiwis. Can't remember their surname.

Heard on the radio ABC i think a Hilton hotel is going to be built at Karratha is that what is going up now or more flats and units????
