Interesting and the modules look like old 40 foot seacontainers which have been doctored. I've seen it before and it's a damn good idea. There are a few in the Freo area. I go past one everyday, they call it a granny flat. And if I remember correctly, one of the reality TV shows, they had to do the same with a 20foot container.
Cheap as chips, fitted out and ya gotta home.
