12v portable evaporative air con-tent-caravan-troopy

When I was at the campin show saw a neat little evaporative air con --about 10"
square-3 speed fan with a removable water bottle that u can put in the fridge to cool down
cost about $395.00
I thought it would be the ducks bill to keep u cool on a hot prospecting night..only good for a small area though.

Dont know Ray, but they'd have to be bloody good to beat $395 worth of ice cold beers out bush

I reckon they'd be like the ones in ya houses, crap cooling over 34c when ya need it most.

yeah evap aircon seems to struggle in HOT weather , mates one in his shop is not as effective when its mega hot,

Yeah, you'd get about the same result using a hand fan and a water pistol.
If you want cool use a real aircon.
