Go here. It is a piece of cake to install.
Worried about being tracked by nosey bastard companies? This application really works and is so easy to install. It is available for Internet Explorer and Firefox. It is called Trackerblock. Here is the internet Explorer link. http://www.privacychoice.org/trackerblock/ie
PrivacyChoice - Control who tracks you online
www.privacychoice.org
The Internet Explorer browser has controls built in that make it easy to block ad companies from tracking you using cookies. To use them, you need to import a list of those companies. You can do this in two steps.

You could also turn off cookies. Run frequent C cleans, and malware/ spyware scans. And defianately viruses and key logger scans... ETC
But that program looks good providing it doesnt contain nasties. remember Big Bro is always watching...

Hi Makaw. I checked it out and I imported the list as suggested to my desktop and opened it and was amazed at the spying sods that it contained. Then you just import it to IE. Easy and hopefully it has put a stop to them all. I regularly run Spybot etc so it will be interesting next time I run it to see what happens. I generally keep my cookies tight lipped and run 3 different registry cleaners as each one picks up what the others miss. (AVS Registry Cleaner, Registry Defence and Registry Mechanic)
So I try my best to keep it clean. I can't remember the last time i had a virus so I must be doing something right. lol

Sounds like you on the ball Panther.
I rarely get viruses , and rarely even run any antivirus. I find the more anti this and anti that i put on i get more nasties than if i was unprotected.. Not that i am implying these antivirus companies are the ones making the viruses !!!!!

Easier for me to drop the windows disc in every year or 2 and just reformat.
Just gotta watch the key loggers that track every button you push. I>E you google Suncorp ,and it records every key your pressing. And the next keys you press are your acct and passwords.
Better to make a txt doc of your passwords call it something other than bank passwords for obvious reasons and copy and paste your acct no and password in.
Hide it like a phone number with digits front and back.
Having said that if someone in you PC snooping they will find it.
When you torrent, you can gain acces to others PC's so remember that if you DL Gold rush alaska etc or any show. During a torrent of classic music many years ago i snooped on a PC and in the pic folder was enough to turn anyones stomache, I reported it to the authorities, and hopefully he is still locked up and getting flogged the dirty rock spider..
