bloody great 6 hrs

got out at about after 11am and 1st few steps i hit my 1st bit a 1 gramer then i picked up a few .3s and a .11. i kept working the area and hit a ripper off a signal, i dug down about 8 to 10" and found a 8 half gramer...all up 11 grams

thanks guys, goldnomad, thanks mate it was great to read your comment, to have people say that stuff makes you feel good about what your doing. i have met a lot off other prospectors since i have started and they have all turned out to be great friends. this is one reason i wont to get to W.A so i can catch up with a few others and finaly have some good mates out off vic. i do get a few asking to catch up just for a swing but i'm a bit funny when they just ask to do that....
