Muster 2018
First topic message reminder :
Hello all. Time again to start planning this year's muster and after chatting with cliff its decided we will choose a site this year and anyone coming along can arrange their own 40E's. Last year we put it to a vote and ended up in laverton but unfortunately none.of the people who voted for laverton turned up.
So this year we will be heading up north of meeka to the doolgunna, hudsons patch area. I will post up the camp site location and map for track and 40E info later as the muster approaches.
Hope to see some new faces and of course the regulars again.
Cheers
Martin

Re: Muster 2018
You are welcome. Joan has a list of pastrol leases and their details and has tried to upload them onto the forum but it comes up as an error. She will send to Cliff or Martin and ask them to do it. Cheers Bob

Re: Muster 2018
That PDF contains old contact details so I wouldn't put too much trust in them now. I did convert them into 3 separate excel spreadsheets which you can find on the forum somewhere in a post.
Here's 2 of them. they aren't locked so you can update them yourselves.

Re Dulgunna Station
We have been advised by the Station that their la deli eis out of order. If anybody wanted to contact him to send email.
Wazzao@yahoo.com.au
He sounds like a very friendly and nice man and if anyone wants to stay at the station, he told us it would be free if self sufficient but if showers and toilets are used, then $5/pp/night. Very cheap.
Cheers

Re: Muster 2018
Hi guys,
We just arrived at our new winter residence in Cue. We've been away since March so need to feel at home for a bit. We're too late to submit a 40e so wishing you all well and hope you find plenty. The weather here is freezing so come prepared. We lost power yesterday and still waiting for Horizon Power.
It's nice to be home

Re: Muster 2018
Bit of a heads up to those attending the Muster.
There's been a report of a big black German shepherd cross breed wild dog in the Horseshoe area. Seems it has been getting a bit cheeky and it's a nasty bastard to be shot on sight, if ya can.
So if you do have your dog with you, keep it under control and watch your backs.

Hard to shoot when you're not allowed to take your gun

Re: Muster 2018
True Phil but apparently there must be an aboriginal community in the area and it has been giving them the sh*ts. from I have read, the elders say shoot it.

Re: Muster 2018
I will be there on Tuesday arvo. Camp location is on hudsons lease unless work in progress. If you head west along main track you will come across some old workings. Gold there.
