Missing Victorian prospector from Kalgoorlie

Another lost from Mulgabbie, about 130km north-east of Kalgoorlie.

Not a prospector but just as bad. Obviously no GPS, no PLB and no idea! He wasn't prepared and shoulda done better. Give him the bill.

If people just have bad luck and all else fails, then I don't have an issue with that. But this garbage is unforgiveable.
