6 week trip

hi all, well we arrived back on saturday from our 6 week trip starting out up at sharks bay then through to the eastern goldfields and up through wiluna. Meeka, Newman, Tom price, paraburdoo and on to karratha detecting all the way with some time out doing the tourist thing at karijini Nat park. fantastic trip with some great adventures catching up with Phil and Sandra, Chris and June, Phil and gail and Bob and Joan and dropping in to see ray in Karratha. we drove through varying road conditions from flooded washed out tracks to nice dry graded roads and of course a bit of the hard stuff which we both enjoyed getting on to after weeks of tracks. towed our newer jayco pop top everywhere including some river crossings that scrapped both the front of the car entering and the rear once in, the poor caravan never knew what hit it as she has spent her whole lifo on the bitumen. many many photos and stories so to sum it all up take a look at the blog karen has been doing each day.
