Its Time

So

After 25 years in the Lighting industry I will be calling it Quits at the end of this week

15 Years with my currant company and 10 years with another its time to move on

Has been a big decision to leave and sell my shares in the company but some indifference with my fellow Directors has helped in the decision

I have 13 week holidays owing to me so I will be able to have some time off and get a swing in for a week or two

Then I will need to look for a new job

To all who have my contact details they will be changing and I will get you the new details when I have them

Was thinking the same but still have some bills to pay

Could be on the cards in a few Years mate

Going to head away with Dad for 8-10 days out bush to re charge the batteries

Got some nice spots to finish off and will catch up with Tom for 3-4 days

yeah i'm sort off making plans for early June just for a couple of nights, although time will depend around work as per usual.

8-10 days sounds like the go.

There comes a time in everyones life I guess when you say enuff is enuff. I did it and I don't regret it. the bank account does but not me.
You have to think of yourself for a change and you will be surprised at the change.

good move peaky, we bit the bullet last year and moved to Northampton and semi retired getting away from the full time work and the rat race. i work for myself mainly in summer and will only do a few A/C installs during the detecting season and they are booked in between prospecting trips. A new job and a new outlook on life is always good for the soul.
