Hey Cliff, our plans have changed as we were not going to be around at the time BUT we have to come back to WA now, just left Clermont today but held up at Longreach due to flooding, anyway can you put Chris And June down please as long as our rig can get in

My apologies for not saying this earlier.
Unfortunately we have now reached the maximum number of 20 which was stated in an earlier post. We do have an agreement with the mining company and we don't want to push our luck.
All we can do now is create a back up list. In the coming months there maybe changes to personal circumstances and places will be available but we cannot guarantee you will get a spot this year.

I'm going away for Easter and leaving on 24 March but, I also have to check out the track into the lease for the muster.  I might not be back before the end of the month and the paperwork has to be sent in by 31 March.
Please send it back to me quick before the Easter Weekend.

The company has been kind enough to allow permission to access their lease but they haven't signed off on it yet.
I don't think we should be asking for their data as it's their confidential information and they just might change their minds about access.
We have never asked for leaseholders data before and I don't think we should start now.
So please have a good think about it before you act.
I'm not the only person who is trying to get this organized, if it all falls through, we won't be chasing anything else.

The information about the lease is freely available on the internet. I've already read the drilling results with the map.
As much as I hate to say it, it's called research.
There are areas which are interesting. Closer to the date of the muster, I'll share it with those attending the muster if you can't find it.

Hi All,
It's getting close to the cut off 31st of March.  There are a few who are still waiting on membership numbers before they can fill out the agreement, not a problem with that.
If you have had a change of mind, can you please let me know so I can take you off the list.
The list for this year has surprised us, more than what we thought, we will try to get everyone in, but it's down to the company and what they allow.  
We also have to contact the pastoral lease owner so, the sooner we know about confirmed numbers the better.

The list for the muster is now closed.
Apart from a couple of people who are still waiting for their APLA membership numbers, the list with the signed agreements will be submitted to the company and it is now in their hands as to how many of us they will allow.
We originally said 20 people but we have a few more than that so everyone keep your fingers crossed. If the company says 20 people maximum, then it will be first in first served and there is really nothing I can do about it.
But as things change, those who don't make the cut may still be able to attend.

Things change.  Due to personal circumstances one of the attendees has had to drop out.  Unfortunate but maybe we will see them next year.
This is the new list as we know it now.  23 attendees.  Possibly 25 if Phil and Sandra do make it.  
But, as I've already stated, it's up to the company, not me.

Half way thru April and we are getting close.
We haven't heard anything back from the company as yet, looks like we will know maybe end of this month, maybe.

It's all go for the Forum Muster. The company has signed off on the agreement.

Let's hope the weather improves before the muster as all dirt roads are closed in Cue and Sandstone districts at the moment.

Keep us informed please. It's good to have someone on the ground over there. I'm heading over from NSW in about 2 weeks especially for the muster and will be pretty disappointed if the area is closed. It's not just the track in, but being able to get around the area. Been watching, and the long range forecast is not great. Good old La Nina is back in town, they're forecasting higher than average rain for August.
