Found in China. you can bet ya bottom dollar he didn't get to keep it or make money from it.
And that's not being racist, I think we all know how the Chinese government works.
"Tell us where you found it or you are in prison for the rest of your life" or "Here's the bullet we'll use on ya and then send the bill to your family for the cost of the bullet".
No wonder the poor buggers want to live here.

the policy in china is different. If you find a gold on the surface of the ground, you can take it as yourself. but if you dig into the earth and find it, you must give it to government because the law says everything in the earth belong to country. Also I think this same as robber but we cannot do anything.
this guy who pick up the 8kg gold did not give it to government just because of he is minority. The government do not dare to rob this gold just worry about the rebel. However the guy still received an inform to hand off his gold to government.
