only trouble is it takes 3 1/2 hours to cook the bloody stuff..theres got to be a better recipe.

Pork is best when it is cooked slow.

yeah but three and a half hours u wouldn't get any detecting done..ah well just have to find a good Sheila that can cook in her sleep.

just put it in ya dutch oven but don't let ya chook burning mate go near it.

but use a trivett.

Cut your pork belly into little bits put in boiling water to boil the fat out
Then deep fry comes up nice few rums and it's done Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

sounds like the go for bush tucka Col. all done in around 15 minutes, i do the same with sausages and they are always better done that way than just fried.

Hey Martin how are thing going we were in the NT last year and was doing smoke barra and the columbian helicopter mechanic said I will do pork belly columbian style and that's how he did it was bloody good came up like popcorn Laughing Laughing

Ray just put it in a webber the ones with heat beads not the shitty gas type ones, put it on in the morning by smoko cooked to perfection, that's the beauty of webbers set and forget
