Tengraph Problems

Hello folks I CANNOT get tengraph to work....aarghhh Any help would be appreciated...I have downloaded Citrix...but no luck

hard to say mate have you tryed GeoView? alot of the same info on there and more user freindly

how far do you get into tenograph, past the login? any error messages come up?

u will have to tell us exactly what u have done to assertain the problem..for some reason when I log in -I go through the motion then citrix is downloaded and about a minute after that I have to hit the log in button again then the screen goes black and I'm on my way --select a heading say ENQUIRY and type in the tenement-or what ever--

The DMP carry out Tengraph System "back ups" on a Sunday night so the system is ready to "go" first thing Monday morning - in spite of it being a public holiday here today in WA.

I've just logged in to Tengraph no probs. Try again and let us know how you go.
