magnifying bottle
Hi guys i just got a magnifying bottle. its similar to the pic below, but mine has also got a flip over mag glass aswell so theres 2 magnifying glasses on the lid.
I dropped all my small stuff in it, and cant stop looking in it. Every small bit looks like a 2 ouncer. I highly recommend one for anyone that sluices or pans.
They are bug/ insect/ butterfly bottles. Just make sure you get on with 2 small holes on top as the new ones have holes all the way around.
You just have to block the 2 small holes and your good to go.

Re: magnifying bottle
G'day Makaw, I bought a jewlers loupe, 30x21mm....I throw away the bits that small Nah not really.
I find that I use my loupe for coins I find more than I use it for gold.
Sounds like you need to buy another one and set them into a set of glasses for easy viewing
