a prospector was shot on BARWIDGEE STATION , leinster .by a person shooting camels .
all people were ordered off the owners property , even those with a section 20A .
they were given 2 hours to pack there gear up and be off property .

Tried Google and nothing came up about this, sounds like a rumour to me. I was of the understanding that a pastoral leaseholder cannot order you off the property, especially if you have a 20A.

a friend and his misses and numerous other people were ordered off the property .
one couple produced a section 20A , the land owner ripped it up and kept the pieces of paper .
they were all given 2 hours to vacate the property .
the land owner went through the van park that evening to make sure everyone had left his land .
the van park at leinster is now empty .
i am just passing , what was told to me to everyone else .

if this is true hope the person shot is ok ,happy birthday mate ,,not sure what you ment bye park being empty(on the station or in leinster)but i live in leinster and the caravan park is nearly full as always ,anyway if i here anything regarding this topic i will post it up

My old man, Father in Law and a forum member are currently out near Barwidgee Station, No news from them, though they are camped in the bush and not in the van park.

Gave the Leinster cop shop a call, they said they have heard nothing about a shooting out at Barwidgee Station.
So you would think they would have been the first to be informed.
