BUYING GOLD ON FLEABAY

This is nothing new but a word of warning..

Once again we see stories of people paying a fortune for bloody small pieces of gold then they whinge that it was in grains not grams--FSS read the sellers dribble and good luck..

No time for those idiots that get caught up in the hipe of an auction and havent red the fine print which mind u is in bold legible print for all to read--OK have a soft spot for those who can only read brail ---but heh..fair dimkim..
MAKE SURE U R BUYING IN GRAMS--AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE MULTIPLE PHOTOS OF THE NUGGET--MAKE SURE THERES A RULER TO SHOW U THE SIZE ---

This will save u a lot of grief--better still if u have a tector get out there and find your own..

Make sure also that the seller has lots of 100% feedback and make sure you actually read the feedback.

Feedback should be takin with a dose of salts--
If u want to buy gold in the fleabay world then make sure its in GRAMS--YES THATS GRAMS--
I have noticed that quite a few fleabay sellers prop up their feedback between themselves--nothin untoward but definately sus

I have no sympathy for fools who buy gold listed at "grains" weight.
makes me wonder whatelse they stuff up buying.

I'm seriously thinking about re-listing the Sydney Harbour Bridge for sale again. I list it in US dollars so people think it's legit :rolf:

Anyway, to get back on the subject. If you see gold being advertised as "g", how hard is it to message the seller and ask :?:
Maybe that solution is just to simple. "Is it grains or grams", how hard is that. I've asked the question of sellers, once you get it in writing, ya got them by the nads if what you get is less than what they say it is.
