yes Trove is a very helpful reference and I've been to sukatinnie and kickatinalong but appears I should be in purgatory for my sin of trying to put a bit of humour into a quiet weekend

Now lets get serious. By using Trove you can see the old gold outputs from the various areas and at what depths it was found. Yeah I know, a lot of these areas have been flogged to death but you can't dismiss the old reports.
There is still gold to be found in the old timers areas, why do ya think the companies have ripped the sh#t out of these places.

I met a Japanese Prosepector out back of Wheelabarraback last week.
He went by the name of Whyusurfasunami.
Not so good at Gold,but great at water sports.....
