Sampling
Hi everyone,
With regard to sampling, under my miners right I am allowed to "Undertake limited sampling using hand-held equipment and remove samples weighing up to 20 kilograms".
Would that be 20 kg per sample, or 20 kg in total of all samples collected?
And if it were 20 kg in total, would that be 20 kg in total per day, month or lifetime?
The limited explanation provided by DMP on undertaking limited sampling is limiting my ability to ascertain whether or not I am an illegal prospector.

Re: Sampling
and it states on a section 40e permit (for an exploration lease) it is 20kg total as the way I read it, if you have an agreement with a mining company to go on the leases it is whatever you work out between yourselves.
