Tips for Using Metal Detectors

Environment and the using way of metal detectors will directly affect the detecting results. Only practice can make you really grasp how to use it correctly. Here are some examples of special circumstances. How to use metal detector in these environments as well as which issues need to be noted in the process.
1. Do not use indoors. Because there are many indoor household appliances that will emit electromagnetic waves to detector. At the same time, there are metals or metal structures on the floor, ceiling or wall and these metals will cause effect to detector.
2. If there are two machines working in your detecting area at the same time and their distance is short, it may cause interference with each other, in which case you can reduce the sensitivity of the detector, or make two sets of metal detectors away.

Personally I find if you wear flowers and feathers in your hair and dance around the campfire at night, it gets rid of EMI and people.
I dunno why but it works.
