Posting Pics direct from a mobile phone

Hi All,
I've never tried it but I believe their is a gizmo you can use called "Tapatalk" which enables you to download photo's into the forum direct from your mobile phones without having to connect your phone to the computer.
It's probably something you have to download into your phone and I'm always a bit suss about that sort of thing.
If anyone has it and has managed to download pics direct, would you be kind enough to tell us how.
The forumotion mob tells me it can't be done with Tapatalk.  I don't know but some people say it can be done.
