My mate's missus often makes these. They are bloody tasty and I reckon they are just about as good as the ones that you can buy.

Hi guys my wife Belinda made a batch yesterday and they are bloody lovely. Belinda uses SAO biscuits on the top and bottom with passion fruit icing. You can make them while your on the road travelling, she says there very easy to make, I say there very easy to eat:lol!: Cheers Max

plain biscuit--crunchy to eat when dry. ideal for tomatoes and cheese snack.

Sao biscuits are the same as Jacobs cracker biscuits in the UK you probably have the same brand in Germany and neither of them are salted.

Nope, but one town further down the road there is a Little Corner shop, selling Uk Specials.
