well try this one if you like both....... as it really warms you from the inside out especially after a cold morning fishing in the middle of winter. When you are chilled to the bone...... ( don't think this will happen in the warmer climes of the state )
Brew up your favourite home brew and then when bottling add a small chilli to it. ( get the chilli and pin prick it a number of times this is best as the heat and favour permiates the beer better and quicker)
Let the home brew sit for a minimum of three weeks or the longer the better the beer will taste and walla you have your own home brewed version of your favourite chilli beer...... Might go down a treat at the festival you have up your way Oneday.
