Heading north

Got three weeks off so heading to warmer weather, and do a bit of detecting. Going to spend a couple of days around Meekatharra then east of Nullagine, back through Marble Bar then across to Karajini up to Karatha and Exmouth then looking at going across through Mt Augustus back to Meeka then home, more of a sightseeing trip with the youngest son but the detectors are charged and packed. Will try to update as we travel.

ar well il tell ya  a little  secret ,,,,, when  ya get to Meeka  stay 1 night  & you must drink at the commie  pub.. its the prospectors pub ... yool get luvly backpackers barmaids ... then occasionally youl  get the  ol cross  eyed sawn off  bloke called john meeshem the publican  , good bloke & he   knows where the local  prospectors are getting their gold ... they cant help em selves when there on the roll ...... triple shooters etc  try the luck  cobba ,

G'day Chris & June, Have a great trip & i'll be keeping my eye out for the pics. We are just out of Ingham ( QLD ) at the moment doing the tourist bit but it wont be too much longer before we get out amongst the Georgetown area's goldfields.
