After 9 days of slogging it on foot and in the car i am happy to announce that i have financial backing 100% percent to go ahead and develop Queenslands finest gold digging establishment.
I have walked and test panned 2400 acres to find the prime spot for finding your first piece of gold.
No matter where you dig your guaranteed to find a bit. The financier ( un named at this point in time) was amazed at the ease of finding gold in either the fresh, or old wash anywhere on this property. And hence has given the green light as backing for this project.

You can hire a horse.
Qualified instructor onsite, for guided tours.
Several safari style 4x4's to take you to and from any panning spots you wish.So you dont damage your own vehicle.

Hire a quad, with sluice attached.pans, and detector.
Hire or buy any detecting gear.
Have meals delivered.
Courtesy bus to the pub and back.
Sheet shooting far from the detecting areas.
The list goes on.
Feel free to throw in your two bobs worth on what you would want if you rolled into this gold ranch/ camp ground.
At this point of time 2 stroke bikes are not preferred for the tranquility factor, and detector interference. 4 stroke quad hire will be available.
Below is a pic of some panning and sluicing for about three quarters of a day, in a spot i have found.
I am sure there are better areas on the block and i need to stick rake and clear/ slash it to make it detector friendly.

Off tomorrow for a week or so of swinging out there to find the first patch. If not time to dig out the old mine shafts and retire...lol...

Congrats on your efforts bro ,,,

Negotiating one block, and the EPM on it, but have stumbled across a better block aswell, it may have more potential than the first 3 blocks i have tested.
No point jumping in on one block when the gold is yellower on the other side of the fence...
At the end of the day if this next block turns out as expected is going to be much better for long term operation and potential returns for the prospector.

Dogs are ok on leads, i would hate to see someone bitten...

The block doesnt border the rabbit fence...
Theres few areas on the fence line , but neally all forestry.
