going bush this season.
Evening all.
Just starting to crank up to head bush this season ,looking at getting away the end of april ,,for winter.
Struggling to get stuff for home ,let alone to get provisions for out in the sticks .
Hows everybody else going.

Same problem here in Victoria mate. Bloody busloads of inconsiderate arseholes coming up from Melbourne to our little towns and stripping our small supermarket shelves bare !
Trying to stock up for 4 months in WA is about impossible at the moment.
Cheers, Rick

Re: going bush this season.
Problem here in Queensland to, finally got most of what I wanted to and near ready to head West but now there closed the borders.
Electrical stores sold out of freezers, Jeez if the power goes of for a few days the place will stink. Mate just called in and was saying Bunnings sold out of veg seedlings and packets of seeds.. and the list goes on. ????

Re: going bush this season.
Shortages of everything. So I just buy the West Australian newspaper now which means I can now sit in my special little room and read the paper just before I use it

Re: going bush this season.
I am not sure if I have this correct.
If I was to head off to WA for a bit of detecting would I have to spend 14 days in "self quarantine" at the Vic. / SA border, then another 14 days at the SA / WA border, = 28 days scratching my `ear, + 6 other days normal travelling before I get anywhere near the Goldfields ?
So that`s 34 days to get there , then 3 DAYS detecting , then another 34 days to get home.
Geeezz I hope the Gold is plentiful. LOL
Scrubby.

Starting to look like the locals in Wa won't even be able to get away.

She beat me Mark. I never win on numbers but usually I bring home a few bigger ones that put me in front. This time my best was 2.25g and it wasn't enough to tip the scales in my favor Never mind if they let us move out I'll get my revenge before the season is done
I look forward to catching up.
