Tengraph again

Hi, any techno wiz out there? I am not savvy at all. My problem is I have used tengraph on my iPad with no problems at all, however I haven’t usd it for a few months and when I try now it goes to Citrix then a message comes up saying unable to launch app then more information says permanent error.and I can’t get any further.
I phoned the dmp help line but they were unable to help. I have switched the iPad off and on but to no avail. Am I doing something wrong?

I am far from a techno wiz and I too had the same problem.

At first it may look a little a little daunting, but it is pretty simple to do.

The process described at Step 3 varies a little for Windows 10 (that I use) and a page will come up headed Default Apps.

• At the bottom of this page in blue print is the option “Choose default app by file type”
• Click on this and in the name column on the left select .ica.
• In the Default app column, select “Citrix Connection Manager”

Restart your computer.

Hopefully this will solve your problem.

Hi Col, thanks for that but mine is an iPad and uses different system

Uninstall the program and then reinstall it. This generally works for me with similar issues.

Thanks but iPad won’t let me uninstall just delete which I did but still no go.

Just read this thread and thought I will log onto Tengraph.... no go
Deleted Citrix tried again still no go ....
Upon further investigation I have found that IPad 1 & IPad 2 are no longer supported only IPad Pro....
This is from Citrix web site......

Which means either get a new IPad Pro or an Android tablet ....bugger hip pocket gets hit again.....

Thanks Nanjim, I think I crashed Citrix while trying all options. Will probably go for Android.There is a 7 inch lenover for $98 so might have a look at that.

Went for Lenovo 7 but now dmp tells me it won’t work on that, will only work on windows 10 and the Lenovo uses android nougat so still no go.

Bugger there go my plans......

I use a Samsung galaxy tab pro S with windows 10 and I can only get tengraph to work with IE11
it won't work with Chrome or the new Microsoft Edge.
Can't help ya with Ipad's, you might need to change again.

Have been using this laptop set up for years now, the photos may already be on here.
Have to master the new DMP technology before 2019.
