For those who already get this via email, there's some good reading in this issue. For non APLA members, sign up. It is more than worth ya while to keep abreast of issues and functions.

I agree BigNuggs, the attachment about how to get access is worth reading. It's a method that I can recommend.

The APLA website leaves a lot to be desired. It's never been a great success due to lack of someone to do the HTML writing for the site. However, I don't see anywhere on the site that one could type in a membership number, Snapper. That's odd. Do you have a link to the APLA site that you're using. It could be different to the one I'm looking at.

There used to be two websites but I'm not sure what's happening with that these days.

I am assured the the paper edition of the newsletter, The Datum Post, will again be issued in the near future.

APLA is run by volunteers so it's not easy to get things fixed in a hurry.

Hmmmm,,,,,it doesn't work for me either and I've been a member as long as Paddy Hannan! With the limited resources that APLA have, I'd give it a miss until we improve things. I'll have a word with a few of the APLA Executive - either fix it or dump it.

I'll see if I'm allowed to post APLA stuff on here. It may present an issue as some member on DWAG aren't APLA members.

Cat, it would be good if we could download Glyn Morgans article and the blank forms for the forum.
