A great idea, lets hope the other shires in the goldfields will do the same. The towns are dieing fast, CUE is a great example with the general store closed down, post office. Mining (Big) is going gangbusters but they dont spend half the money they should in town. All lip service as usual... perhaps there is an oporunity to change that. Where the shire negotiates areas that are not of use from the vast klms of ground they hold. Nah .... OH&S
