Tengraph
Anyone having problems with tengraph ?
The tenement report and google earth link don't work.
The tengraph expert at DMP isn't answering his phone so can't find out from them but DMP IT aren't aware of any problems.

Re: Tengraph
Uninstalled the citrix platform and reinstalled it, that didn't work. Uninstalled google earth and reinstalled it and that didn't work.
And the man from DMP is stumped.
All I can do is try again tomorrow after my computer has had a good nights sleep

Re: Tengraph
Uninstall citrix using the citrix uninstall tool. Run cc-cleaner for both your browser and the registry fixer-upperer.
Reboot and reinstall citrix.

Re: Tengraph
Well buggered if I know. First thing this morning, it still wouldn't work.
Ran CC cleaner, still no go. didn't bother with uninstall/reinstall of citrix again.
One thing I did notice yesterday when I reinstalled Citrix, it also loaded google chrome which I've never had or used before.
Uninstalled chrome and now tengraph works fine. got me stumped but it's working for me, for now.

Re: Tengraph
It didn't last long. it has stopped working again.
Had to call DMP as I was getting an "access denied" pop up.
This time it appears the fault may be with Firefox.
The drama continues, for me

Re: Tengraph
Hi Ron,
I believe Active X only works with Internet Explorer and I'm running Firefox.
did some checking and it's not installed anyway. did some updates of various applications and plugins.
adobe flashplayer was out of date so got the new version and bugger me, tengraph is working again. I have no idea if that was the problem.
it seems to be a hit and miss affair with the bloody thing at the mo.

Re: Tengraph
Buggered if I know and I feel like taking to my computer with a sledge.
Getting tengraph to work correctly is still hit and miss. The tenement report option and google earth functions only work when they want too.
I've uninstalled, reinstalled and updated citrix, java and adobe (yep I was prompted to update adobe AIR) and it's still hit and miss.
Updated all the plugins so not sure what now.
I run Firefox (old version 21.0), with the new Firefox version it's crap and adobe keeps crashing and jamming up the friggin computer.
I've tried access with IE and Chrome, no go at all. Then just to annoy the sh*t outa me, it'll start working with IE. WTF !
So just a little experiment with Firefox while I'm writing this and what do I get ?? a blank screen with this stuck in the middle, AGAIN.
Now I'm totally p*ssed off.
So I'm now considering what size sledge to use
Now just to be sure, I've just tried using IE and what do I get, this bloody thing again
I might have to take up drinking alcohol coz here's a good joke for ya's. Tengraph was working for me this morning.

Re: Tengraph
Every now and then my computer does this as well. I also run firefox.
To fix it, I close all firefox windows and make sure it has completely stopped running (looking in task manager via ctrl-alt-del buttons).
re-start firefox and the problem goes away.

Re: Tengraph
It's been a while since I had this problem and here's an observation which might be pure coincidence.
It didn't matter what I tried, the report and google earth functions would not work with Firefox, IE or Chrome. I'm still running the old version of Firefox, I refuse to update to the new version as I reckon it's crap.
Now on top of my security system I was also running the free version of Malwarebytes which never caused a problem. But, then they came out with a new version of Malwarebytes and that's when the problems started.
So I uninstalled Malwarebytes, ran CC cleaner (which I also use) and I've had no problems with tengraph for the last few weeks.
Like I've said, buggered if I know but it did the trick and tengraph has not stopped working since.
